We ordered a Big Mac and the hamburgers, if you can call them that, the finest in the world, looked like a floor blanket, really disrespectful, the size of the hamburgers in a Big Mac. I really hope they can improve the quality of the product, which is increasingly better expensive and worse.

Bought a frappe and by the time I got home half the cup had leaked out into my car cup holder. Tried calling and seems their number doesn’t even work. SMH.

Your graveyard staff does not want to serve customers at three in the morning, to the proprietors of this McDonald's. When I arrive for the tenth time at this time, they claim the system is down, which is untrue. The graveyard shift is the easiest time to work, so why are they so indolent? I understand that their low IQ is the reason they work at McDonald's, but this is not right. If you won't sell to customers, simply close the McDonald's at night.

Excelente! Todo sanitizado y señalizado, el servicio al cliente impresionante, sirven los alimentos super rápido, los baños limpios, los kioskos para ordenar funcionando, se puede ordenar desde tu mesa usando el celular, además es el único Mc Donald's en Dade al que he ido y realmente atienden cuando uno ordena online desde la app.
No está cerca de mi casa pero estoy dispuesta a viajar hasta esta sucursal con tal de recibir un buen servicio.
Normalmente siempre encuentro algo de qué quejarme en un Mc. Donald's pero este tiene todo mi respeto.

This is the 2nd time I ordered something and they didn’t put it in the bag. I had to drive back to be t my food. Cause it would be free money. Been an extreme inconvenience going to this location.

This should be shut down. Refused to give me my mobile order I already paid for and all of the staff including manager was extremely rude and deserve to be fired. They should be nowhere near a register and are the dumbest people I have seen. Please fire everybody here if you want to stay in business.

They have higher prices than other McD's and the service is terrible, especially during the midday shift. I went at 2 pm and no one serves you, they talk amongst themselves and don't look at the customers
