Nice Chuck E Cheese! We went on a Tuesday shortly after opening. Pizza was good, salad bar stocked and fresh! There were a few games that did not work and the sketch/photo machine printed blurry pictures which is a bummer because its one of our favorite things to do every time we go to a Chuck E Cheese. The folks working were nice as well. Overall a good time.

In early December 2023, I had my daughters Birthday party here and it was amazing!! ✨
We had the Ultimate fun package, and i added a Hello Kitty Cake from here!
All the kids had a blast! Those reusable cups are so cute, everything was decorated beautifully, had enough room for everyone, and everything was so neat and clean!

When my daughter had her 2nd B-day at our house, no one showed up. It was terrible for me and her, but This birthday was so magical that all the bad memories faded away, it felt like it was my birthday too hahaha!
My daughter had so much fun! She felt so special she didn't want to leave! That ticket blaster is AMAZING, i felt like i was on those money tv shows! They played for two hours unlimited, we got to keep the cups, and the birthday activities were so organized!
Also I added a pic of the goodie bags!

Corey was my helper, he was so nice and answered all my questions, he explained everything to me from what was going to happen, the food coming out, and what the badges do, and he made sure we had everything we needed too! He was really super sweet to my daughter and all of us, I greatly appreciate it! You're amazing Corey!

This was the first time I had/been to a birthday here, and I shall definitely come again!

Excellent service! We came here for my sons birthday and joe took very good care of us. He did a great job making sure my sons party went smooth would highly recommend coming here. We will definitely be back soon!

Very Pricy but it was worth at the end! The staff is very sweet but the worker who stood out the most to me and my husband was Michael. He was extremely sweet to me and my family and even gave my kids extra candy even though they only had like 12 tickets! We will be back!

Great place for kids!! I brought my 2 year old nephew here for a night of fun and he thoroughly enjoyed himself! It was a very nice and clean establishment, had many options for the kids to play, and the staff was polite!

I don't usually leave reviews but I had my little ones first ever real birthday party at this location, and it was a hit!!!!!! I want to give another big thank you to Jacob, Joe, Nylah (i am truly sorry if i spelled any names wrong) these three were the ones that I interacted with the whole time. I was anxious majority of the party but they made the night one to never forget. I cannot express how grateful I am for that. I will definitely be coming back for another party and just to play.?

My kids really like this place. More games would be nice. I like that they added a ultimate games during a certain amount of time. Workers keep tables clean and most games operating. I don't go often because it's gets played out quickly but I have a good time with the kids when I do go.

I just want to give a special shout out to the staff at the Chuck E Cheese location in VA BEACH and the managers Juan and Joey... They are ALWAYS going above and beyond for myself and my son. Also, one of the things among many things that stands out to me is how kind they are with their colleagues.. They provide a very fun and welcoming working environment for them which I think is EXTREMELY important especially considering weekends can get VERY busy and hectic... Even though they provide a very fun and welcoming working environment for their colleagues I KNOW based on actions that they make their expectations clear because when I observe the other staff members who management oversees they are always going above and beyond too which creates balance... In my opinion when managers create BALANCE and there is positive MORALE for their employees it goes a longggg way AND that's how you keep your most VALUABLE employees.. No matter how busy and hectic it gets every single time when I come here the way they conduct themselves is nothing less than SUPBERB... Also, I have noticed that every time I come here often times parents sit while their child(ren) runs and wanders and break rules in the trampoline area rather than keeping a closer eye on them and it puts the staff members and management in a position to have to enforce the rules frequently and they do an excellent job even on their most busiest days.. We travel at least an hour away when there is no traffic and when there is traffic sometimes it takes us a couple hours. As a result of their top of the notch professionalism, kindness, and the value they continue to provide for myself and child is why we keep coming back as their most loyal customers.. As a single BLACK mother who solely provides for her child and household I appreciate it from the bottom of my heart.. THANK YOU!! THANK YOU!! THANK YOU JOEY, JUAN, AND ALL OF THE VIRGINIA BEACH STAFF FOR ALL THAT YOU CONTINUE TO DO FOR NOT ONLY YOUR LOYAL CUSTOMERS BUT CUSTOMERS IN GENERAL.
