This used to be my go to Dollarama, however lately I've become very uncomfortable going here due to the homeless situation right at the entrance. They yell at or make comments to people just trying to go about their days. I have several times seen them inside the store yelling and causing a scene.The woman who works here (I'm assuming she's the manager) is a saint and absolutely wonderful. It's just really starting to get out of hand, and while it's not the store's failt that it's happening, maybe they should maybe hire security. Obviously the employees can't do much about it, but it's not a good vibe for customers and just sad to see it going downhill.

Honestly you can find alot of good household items here at great price from kitchen and bathroom essentials to nic nacs for decorating,, great deals on snack foods and tons of cupboard foods aswel, a hardwear section for minor indoor repairs and outdoor selections aswel. Even if i plan on spending 5 dollars here i bring 50 because i always find a few great items at an amazing price.

Just had a HORRIBLE experience here. The manager needs to learn how to treat her employees nicer. I wanted to buy nails that were clearly marked as 1.25. Noticed right after that they rang through as 4.50. The employee called for her manager to help. The manager came up to us with the attitude of "what do you want" she proceeded to rudely tell her employee "just give her 25¢ from the till" The employee tried to explain that the difference between 1.25 and 4.50 is not 25¢. The manager then proceeded to walk away from us (no communication) came back with all the nails, pulled $5 out of the register (said nothing) and went back to her business. I asked if I can still get the nails and she rudely said no they are marked wrong. To this manager. Please treat people more kindly, you have no idea how much your rudeness can effect a person. And please treat your employees kinder as well, they are doing their best. Do better.

There were so many awesome things here, I spent a small fortune but got a cart full. Great place to buy dishes, school snacks, art supplies, stationary. Oh, and I cant forget Glitter. It gets its own category. They had so much to choose from! I will definitely be coming back for more!

Store was somewhat organized. Unfortunately some staff were short on patience and common sense. The first woman who cashed me through was very personable and did her best to create the best customer experience. I could see her effort and commitment. Some labels and products were misplaced but it didnt ruin my shopping experience one bit 🙂
