My car was shipped from the California VPC to Grafenwoehr and the process has been horrible. They lost my keys with no one taking credit and blaming the other. They dragged my car onto the loading truck and now my emergency brakes won't disengage. I will not be able to pass the safety inspection for sure and I'm sure the claim process will be just as a slow and may not even reimburse me.

They have frustrating bureaucratic rules and denied shipping a vehicle of ours on PCS costing us $10,000. All documents were good to go, car was clean, the problem was nonsensical.

They also will do nothing to assist you to ship out of pocket too. It really doesn’t make sense and seems like there is no human element to the way they do things, for this reason I think it should all be replaced with AI.

Clean your car before hand, u will not get through this if you don't. It's not hard if you plan ahead! Staff was great and straight forward. I made an appointment and went in a week earlier to ask my questions and turn in all the paperwork for that appointment.

They never contacted me when my truck arrived, they said they had the wrong email. My truck was missing the washer off my battery so the power cable came off while driving. Was also missing my tool bag, first aid kit, floor mats, and jack from my truck.

My car just arrived they stripped the security system out of my car and many items missing! This security system was hardwired and mentioned to them upon drop off! This system was obviously stolen. Be careful when dropping vehicles off with them. Luckily I videotaped the car on drop off. I will be filing charges and people will be fired for this!

Extremely helpful! They were able to work done absolute magic to get my vehicle shipped. Erin is amazing! She calmed me down when I was being a grump (I thought my car want going to ship, instant panic) and found the solution within minutes. The entire team was great too.

Used this place 4 times I guess you'd say coming and going for husband's vehicle and mine. The final experience we had with them is what I'll forever be grateful for. They were very nice & helpful & seemed to actually like what they do. Very knowledgeable & empathic not like they hated us for making a mistake (we had tiny issues) but they made dropping off the cars easy. NOTE: Don't forget to empty your tanks people! LOL
