I must give a shout out to the young lady who answered the phone in bakery. Her name is Brandy and she had such a great attitude. I had expressed to her how I was calling Walmart for 2weeks to order my kids cake and she lifted a great weight off my shoulders. Just by understanding where I was coming from. Not to mention explaining my entire difficult order back to me with no hesitation. 5 Stars to her! Thank you again so much!!

I hate this store. The shelves are never stocked. Someone please do something. Doesn't matter what time of day I go, it looks like this!

This location seems to have real trouble stocking their shelves. Management, if you read this, just go out and look at your shelves. It doesn't matter. Day, Nighy, Monday, Saturday. You can't tell me it was stocked in the past day or even two.

I usually really like Kroger, but this location is well below the standard of other Krogers.
Every time I go I can’t get 30% of my groceries because they are constantly out of things.
Many shelves and displays I walk by are empty.
I get that things have never really been the same since Covid, but this is beyond what other groceries in the area are experiencing.
The store is also usually dirty and seemingly understaffed, and the produce is expensive but looks like it’s old.
Don’t know what’s up with this location specifically, but they really need to figure it out.
Until then, I think I’ll be going elsewhere.

Please hire more people for the deli counter. It’s not even worth the time to place an order here. You’ll easily spend more time waiting for your delivery meat than you’ll spend in the rest of your shopping trip. Today the lady behind the counter told me there were several orders in front of me, but there is no actual way for me to place an order myself. My family eats a lot of sandwiches over the summer and I have stopped coming to this Kroger entirely because the deli is so badly managed.

If you shop here, be careful with the carts, they will lock up on you while in the entryway. Apparently this is because they want you to go through the checkout with your cart before going back out the door, so if you decide that you'd rather not buy anything there as I did, just abandon your cart inside, that's what they prefer, don't do the respectful thing and return the cart as i tried to. I will avoid shopping here because of this.

Always my favorite store.frienfly employees who are always willing to help. Keep up the good work.
My 1 suggestion would be, maybe if an older woman has a cart full especially at nighttime, please have someone ask them if they would like some help unloading the groceries into the car? I miss that about the grocery stores of yester year. To m and many others, it is what always makes a grocery store stand out above the others. Courtesy and kindness.

This location is vile.

The deli, bakery, and meat department are committing so many health violations that I lost track before even completely circling the bakery. There were frosting bags with old crusty frosting on them in a dirty sheet cake container mixed in with cupcake toppers. The oven doors and exhaust are greasy and overall filthy. You can see by the buildup it has been some time since the vents were cleaned.
The deli cases have clearly been neglected for quite a while - in addition to needing a good cleaning, it also looks like they have far surpassed their life span. There is food and crumbs in the hot case, along with baked on piles of grease. There is dried meat/cheese pieces on the scales and on top of the deli cases. They keep their slicers covered with trash bags, but I wonder what it looked like under those if the scales were THAT filthy. There were boxes sitting directly on the floor - boxes that have containers for your food in them and shouldn't be on the floor in the first place. There was general dirt and debris on the floor indicating improper cleaning. The tops of all the counters were filthy. It's stainless steel - you literally just have to wipe it and it shines again.
The most appalling thing was the seafood. In addition to a dirty floor and counters, under the prepackaged crab there were piles of rotten moldy food (it looked, perhaps, like it had once been a berry of sorts) and dead bugs. SO many dead bugs. Flies galore. This amount of dead flies does not come from just 1 day of an employee forgetting to check.
This place is so disgusting.
