This was my first visit to the office . My appointment was with Dr. Cole, who is very professional, knowledgeable and is very caring with regards to his patients. He answered every
question/ concern I had and was very detailed and thorough in his explanations ( which put me at ease). The fact that he allows the patient to be " included" with determining the plan of care, is also an important factor . Everyone who works there , from the receptionist Jada, the triage / intake nurse as well as his assistant ( during my exam) were top notch: friendly, smiling and professional. My experience @ The Looking Glass Eye Center was EXCELLENT! A+

Very rude when calling to try and set up an appointment for my son. This review is for the receptionist at the office. My son has a referral from his school because he is struggling to read and failed his vision test. They wouldn’t even try to get him an appointment in a reasonable amount of time. They wanted to make him wait 8 months to even be seen, at that point we would be in summer and he would have to struggle all school year. I explained to her that he’s having a hard time seeing and if there was anything we could do, all she said very rudely “no that’s where we’re booking”. Thank goodness I found somewhere else to get him some help. If you are a new patient and want help in a couple weeks or less don’t come to them. I don’t normally get upset and leave bad reviews but she was so smirky and rude. Not anywhere I’d want to take my kids.

I was very, very satisfied with the surgical procedure completed by Dr. Cole. They afternoon after surgery he called to make sure I was doing okay and to not hesitate to get back in touch with him even though it was the weekend. The staff are wonderful at Looking Glass and I am completely satisfied with my care.

Great providers and friendly staff. Everyone was so sweet and patient with my daughter who has a very big personality. She was very apprehensive about the eye drops, but the nurse was so kind and understanding. I would 100% recommend this eye care team!

Dr. Cole was excellent. He took me in without appointment
for a critical draining of an abcess on my eyelid.
He and his staff graciously stayed after hours to complete the outpatient procedure.
I am so grateful for all of their dedication to quality care and outstanding patient-centered professionalism.
I am following up post-op with them effectively. Thanks to
Dr. Cole, and all at Looking Glass!

I had cataract surgery with Dr. Alan Verm in May of 2024. His explanations of the options and the surgery are spot on. Surgery went well with Dr. Verm informing me of each step. Follow up is done quickly and professionally and friendly. He takes time to inform you of the procedure and the options. His demeanor is wonderful, very capable eye surgeon!

This was an awful experience. AVOID DR WILLIAMS. We went and he was absolutely awful with my children. We asked a question about safety of dilation drops and driving and he got up and left the room without explanation. Worst experience I’ve ever had. I expected so much better. Very disappointed. DO NOT GO HERE!
