Nice clean facility. Everyone was nice and polite very pleasant. The doctor was nice and caring. Xray tech was very good and polite also. The lobby was empty so I was excited but it still took an hour and a half. That seemed like a long time. Overall a good experience and I will keep going back and will recommend to others.

My experience with Patient First has always been the best. Today specifically was really nice. The staff was cordial and even helped with sorting out my file. I was taken care of politely and efficiently. The staff also offered anything they could get me, which was nice. 10/10 experience.

I love the Indian River Patient First. No matter when I go, the staff is polite, and the wait is minimal regardless of how busy it is. The docs are always great too. I like that I can get my prescription there too if needed. Kudos to all of you!!

I always feel cared about and safe, despite obviously feeling vulnerable since I'm there because something is wrong. Everyone is very understanding and nurturing, taking time to listen and make a personal connection, even if their contact is only for a few minutes. I love how it feels like they're a team. I
also liked the comfort of the offers sign (a blanket, coffee, phone charger, etc.) - it's the little details that make you feel cared about. I especially like being able to wait in the car. I've never done it before, but I was in pain today and I didn't want to sit in the waiting room groaning and moaning. I liked the privacy it gave. Years ago, your team were the ones who told my husband and I we were expecting our first baby. You will always have my loyalty and respect. I will literally drive past other urgent care places to go to them!

Awesome visit. Patience from everyone, back issue, they took their time assist me. Everyone very professional and respectful. Dr asked great questions n did exam which we have now narrow down where my pc can look at. The wait was less then the coming week with pc and faster then a er. Getting my meds there was a great help so I didn't have to put baby in and out carseat again which is painful, so win for me. I'd like to thank the staff for a awesome job!

My first time visiting Patient First. The facility is very clean. Everything that the patient needed is there, from xray to pharmacy, the staff are welcoming and warm. They listen to the patient needs. Shoutout to Dr. Christopher Post, he was on point with my health issues. I am glad I went to Patient First at Indian River. An experienced worth remembering and worth sharing.

Service was quicker and more efficient than I expected. All staff I encountered were either/and courteous, upbeat, friendly, communicated well. I was pleasantly surprised. Called Heather to f/u on an Rx that I was unsure of whether or not was faxed to pharmacy. She was very timely and got me an answer. All personnel from receptionist, intake, nurses, and PA (Kia) were professional. I’m sorry I cannot remember everyone’s name. I know it is difficult to work w/the public, especially sick and sometimes frustrated people. I think they all did a commendable job.
