I've had 2 recent experiences with this clinic. First, my 3 year old had an ear infection. Second, I threw my back out.
The wait was 2 hours but that was because of a serious medical emergency while I was there. I was in so much pain. Giving full credit to Camille (nurse practioner) for making me and my baby girl feel better on 2 separate occasions. Thanks love. No one really appreciates the absence of pain. Thanks to Camille, I've been reminded of that blessing.

I was very satisfied.! This is the only patient first that I have been to and probably the only one I’ll ever go to. All the staff is wonderful, and caring. They make sure that you’re OK before they let you go home just as an example my blood pressure was up. I was in the room for quite a while. They came back in and took my blood pressure again to make sure that it was OK before the doctor even came in, once the doctor came in he actually took his time to listen to me and treated me with all the right medication . I would love to have them as my primary doctors. I know I want to see the same one all the time but it’s just the place the people that work there overall it was an excellent experience as always..

Took my daughter here and did not receive instructions for after care other than here take this antibiotic for a wound. I had to follow up and track down what the results were for her labs so we could determine if treatment was even the correct one. Definitely a get in get out fast facility. Was never told to come back but Dr. Said she said that. My husband states she would follow up in a couple days with the results and further directions. I get that everyone is understaffed and over worked but I think it's important to take the time to be clear and concise with plan action plan.

Everyone that works at Patient First were so friendly and kind. It's clean and the atmosphere is nice. The wait wasn't long either which could be different depending upon what you're being seen for. My experience was great!

Staff is great. They are just extremely slow. This is my primary care. And it's ridiculous to have to sit for 2 hrs for a simple med refill. The get you checked in and take your vitals quick but after that be prepared to sit and wait. Doesn't seem like the care about the wait staff moves quit snail like as far as you getting into a room.

Thought I had broken my nose at 6:30pm and went to this urgent care. Everyone was so nice from the front staff to the nurses and doctors. They have X-rays at the office so you don’t have to go anywhere, and they have a great system for checking where you are in line. I’ll definitely come back.

The staff were so nice and operated efficiently. It meant a lot that the nurses and doctor didn't rush throughout my visit. They thoroughly reviewed my tests and even double checked my test results against previous testing I'd had done. 10 stars for today's visit ?

They are THEIVES!!! I had treatment done in November 2023! Had same issue and went August of 2024! Which I've had same debit card for several years When I went in August a week later they deducted my co-pay, but took extra money from me! I called and they LIED! Told me my insurance company didn't pay for my nebulizer treatment from NOVEMBER 2023!!!
I asked for itemized statement! Got it and long behold, on their OWN records it showed that an error code was entered! I called them back, they LIED, told me my insurance company entered wrong code! I called my insurance company and they knew that was a lie! They called them with me on three-way call! My insurance company told them that they don't enter codes, that they submit the ones submitted to them! Patient First admitted it, they said they would resubmit with right code and I would get refunded in 30 days! That would have been September 2024! I gave them an EXTRA month! I finally called late October! They LIED again and told me my insurance company hadn't processed the resubmitted claim with the right code! Called my insurance company and AGAIN, they called with me on three-way to tell them they didn't get it from them! They said told them they submitted it on on 09/17! My insurance company told me to give it another 30 days! I gave them longer than the extra 30 days! I finally called today 12/12/2024! Lied to me again! Was told that my insurance company processed it! Told they have to send to cash management to send my refund! When I asked how long it would take, was told they have to resubmit my refund! RESUBMIT? You just told me you have to "send" over! How is a refund RESUBMITTED! She said it was October 24th! LIES, my insurance company and I talked to them then and they never said they submitted for me a refund!
They make too much money than trying to keep someone's $86! They could have sent to me without any problem! Had I not stayed on them, I wouldn't have gotten a promise to mail me my money out in 24-48 hours! If they did it to me, KNOWING me and my insurance company caught them! No telling how many people they do it too!
Shouldn't have to keep a foot on their necks for them to do what's right and they admit was their fault! Dirty work, dirty business! I will go to Velocity or any other urgent care! I would go to hospital ER before I allow them to get my debit card to steal from me again!
