Always like to pop into Sam’s to get my necessities. I like to stock up on drinks and snacks for the kids. Their prices are great and now they have self checkouts, which makes it more convenient for me as a caretaker and a single father I’d like to be able to get in and get out quick and know that I’m getting some bargains.

16JUN23 ~ Exceptionally clean, well organized, well stocked, and they have just about everything (Though I wish they carried Whoppers, aka: Malted Milk Balls!). Their rotisserie chicken is always a good choice. I know where most of the items I want are located, the self checkout goes quickly, and the receipt check on the way out went fast so it was a quick in and out. Do not forget to go by the Freeosk for freebies and the sampling stations to try/taste different items. Enjoy!

This is for the very slow cafe personel. Took on 10 minutes to grab items I wanted with scan and go. But with all the technology they should implement it to the food court. It took 17 minutes to wait in line at the food court with only 3 people in line in front of me. It wasn’t because they didn’t have food ready because they had 2 fresh pepperoni pizzas and all I won’t was 2 slices (one for me and 1 for my son) I finally get to order and they don’t have tap to pay. I forgot my wallet in my car. Left with out the pizza. Time to get with the times if the rest of the store is can scan my cart while I’m checking out. The women at the register were rude about it too and didn’t care how long people waited. This is 5:45pm on 10/8/24 for reference.

I can’t believe the lack of work ethic organization and business strategy that resides with the establishment. There’s a phone directory for party planner orders that isn’t sufficient because nobody answers the phone. There is an website that you’re supposed to be able to order from with the guarantee 4 to 6 hour turnaround, which is not sufficient because it doesn’t complete orders and then you go into the store and, they tell you that they aren’t staffed adequately and in order to suffice an order. My membership is useless when you have people that can’t even do their job.

I was very disappointed in the older employee with glasses at The Cafe...Usually every employee I come in contact with is very friendly..She was very "nasty " to every member she rung up. I totally forgot The Cafe closes at 7 pm..I was in line well before 7 pm..And all I asked for were two pretzels. The employee repeatedly screamed "YALL (the members) always demanding stuff". That was the rudest thing I've ever heard an employee say to me..Keep in mind I'm a Walmart employee of 20 years. And actually started at that Sam's Club 20 years ago. The other two women were just as nice and sweet. I didn't get their names but they should be recognized. This happened on Oct 24 at around 6:30-7 pm. I more thn likely won't be goin to the cafe again. Especially if I feel like I'm inconveniencing an employee that's suppose be doin their job. I get it I work in retail whn it's time to shut down that's all you're focused on. But if that's the case close the line off at a certain time. That's not the members fault..Do better!

We are long time members of Sam’s club. The other day I stopped in to confirm that they will write on a premade cake for a birthday and they said yes. Today I stopped by to get a cake and they refused. Extremely inconvenient to now have to go elsewhere for a cake.

The staff is super friendly. My father is 83 and has mobility issues. The electric cart's battery ran out. They pushed my Dad around the store, to check out, waited for us to be done, pushed him to the car, helped him get in while I was loading the groceries. April, you rock! Store is clean, neat. Staff very friendly and helpful. We were asked several times if we found everything okay and if we needed help, just to let them know. WOW ?

5 Stars!! me and my cousin came to get pizza and Walita and Annie were serving us! her card for some reason didn’t register and she couldn’t pay, Walita then paid for our order so we could eat while Annie kept us laughing through the whole ordeal! god bless them both.
