The store was so clean and well organized. All the associates were so helpful. And at the end, the cashier was so friendly and cheery and efficient. Such a pleasure to shop there. I come in for one or two things and seem to leave with a cart full!

By far one of the largest Target stores I've personally been to, and had an army of employees on the floor stocking. Literally.

Well stocked and clean, this is my new go-to while in the area.

This review is just based on costumer service by the cashier, register 10 at 1:40 this afternoon.
Very rude. No acknowledgement at all. No Hello or good afternoon, no thanks for shopping. Just rang bagged and held out receipt for me to take. I even said hello and thanks and got absolutely no response.
Terrible customer service. This is not the first time I or others have run into terrible customer service at this location. Whoever is training needs to up there game a little because the staff is failing.

Unfortunately, I’ve encountered unwelcoming experience during my last and final visit to this store. I was with my service dog at the checkout, when a cashier (Debi) behind me at a different line unexpectedly yelled at me and my service dog! She was pretending that she was scared from my dog who never came close to her since my service dog was leashed very close to me all the time for guidance. A sweet family with a baby was waiting for me to finish, heard everything and they assured me they felt comfortable with me and my service dog inside the store. A rude and hostile environment towards me and my dog was not expected from Target employee/ associate! I felt sad, disappointed and hurt.

I frequent this target Quite a bit, I will have to say the last few months I’ve been driving to Greenbriar because I am constantly appalled by the way this store looks. I feel SO BAD for the employees that work under the management here. They clearly are not being led properly nor is there enough staff ever to accommodate the amount of traffic this store sees. The only employees here are tired and frustrated….the line Is always back to Atleast the allergy aisle I’ve included some pictures to show that pretty much every aisle looks like someone came through here and went mad and cleared and destroyed this store. And it’s NOT just because it’s Labor Day weekend. This store looks dirty like this all the time.Atleast for the last few months. I finally feel like I need to say something because it’s jaw dropping compared to how this target used to look all the time. It used to be very nice and neat all the time!

Horribly stocked and slow register lines (not enough people working registers). Then you have the AT &T people that you have to pass by near electronics, baby gear and toys are horribly pushy and annoying. They just keep following and talking when you tell them "no". Just get rid of them. Why make your experience even more miserable.

Always a great experience and great deals around the store, had a wonderful visit today as well, and Mr Rich was extremely friendly and helpful finding correct items & navigating us through the store and great thanks to Miss Debi at the registers for her patience!
