Your company is unprofessional!! You approve give people false hopes then say we no longer approve you!!!A didn’t even ansk the right questions they only asked certain questions but discovered information at the last minute that I had a loan out through my attorney lender but they never asked about it, then turned around and said you no longer approved after getting my signatures on a contract stating that I was approved and my photo ID!!!! After you already approved me and had a contract drawn up for me to sign and everything. Even texted me congratulations you’ve been approved!! I can’t believe how you are doing customers this way!!! What kind of scam are you really running!!!!

Before you all send them any of your information even if they say you are approved even if they send you a contract saying approved make sure they going to go through with it and not just out for your information. No matter what a person situation is you can always make matters worse by given out the tiniest detail of information about yourself for them to turn around and take whatever you have left. Be care and aware of what you tell these people. They know which ones to prey on the ones that are desperate and truly need help like myself only to screw you!!!! Please be aware of what you give to these people!!!

Melanie at US Claims was terrific. She responded quickly and explained what I could expect in the agreement crafting and the roadblocks ahead that we may revisit if my case drags on. I paid my two main creditors today and it feels like a major weight off my back.
